High grade spindle cell sarcoma is the cancer stage in which chemotherapy is the only option to cure it. It is the advanced stage of spindle cell sarcoma. Spindle cell sarcoma is cancer which occurs in the connective tissue of human body. Connective tissues are one of tissue types, which are found throughout the body and have major function to play. It is found under the skin, it exist between the muscles, around the body organ like liver, kidney and lungs. It is helps to form the framework of the body and hence give the shape of the body. Spindle cell sarcoma takes the form of tumor in its initial stage like other form of cancer. Every cancer actually begins with the tumors. Surgery does not work in high grade spindle cell sarcoma. If the spindle cell sarcoma is in its initial stage it can be easily cured by surgery. But for high grade spindle cell sarcoma one must go for chemotherapy. This is because in high grade spindle cell sarcoma the tumors spread throughout the body and it is difficult to remove all of them through surgery. Prognosis for higher stage spindle cell sarcoma is worse. Doctor generally comes up with negative prognosis. Negative prognosis generally indicates short life of patient, whereas spindle cell sarcoma always indicates a positive prognosis. In this case patient has long life and they are out of danger.
Precaution must be taken to cure spindle cell sarcoma
Spindle cell sarcoma occurs due to injury so, one must be careful if they are hurt with any injury. One must treat the injury with proper medical care. Apart from injury treatment one must maintain healthy body weight. Along with a healthy body weight one must avoid smoking.
